Please note that collecting e-mail addresses posted on this website without permission using software or other technical devices is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule is subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network.
Any person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses such e-mail addresses without permission will be fined pursuant to Articles 50 and 74 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network.
